General terms and conditions for users of the services and products listed on the WWW.THEFABRICOFHEALING.COM website
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All prices quoted for individual services are in CHF (Swiss Francs). Prices are valid from 1 October 2025 until revoked.
If the service includes several consecutive meetings, the number of all of them, which are determined as one unit, is settled. In the event of cancellation by the user, when only this service has been paid for, the money is not refunded. In the event of cancellation by the provider, the amount of the paid and unused service is either refunded or replaced in other agreed terms that suit the users.
In the event that the user has agreed to an individual service appointment, he/she has the right to subsequent cancellation without obligation, if the appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours before the agreed date. A missed meeting, or postponed in the last 24 hours, is payable.
The invoice for the service provided is sent to the user either in person or by email, within 14 days after the service is provided.

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The operator of the THEFABRICOFHEALING.COM website undertakes to comply with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act and the Consumer Protection Act. Personal data obtained from users of the services on the THEFABRICOFHEALING.COM website are protected and will not be disclosed to third parties without their written consent.
The operator of the THEFABRICOFHEALING.COM website reserves the right to establish a business contact to resolve any ambiguities in the verification of data or to resolve any disagreements.
USER’S ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY
Before ordering the service, the user confirms that he/she is aware that all forms of guidance and counselling offered by Suzana Sagadin do not fall under officially recognised forms of medical or therapeutic assistance. These are forms that can only complement the official therapeutic approach or treatment.

OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF CONSUMER DISPUTES
In accordance with the legal norms, we do not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to resolve a consumer dispute that a consumer may bring under the Act on Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution.
THEFABRICOFHEALING.COM, as a provider of goods and services offering online trade in Slovenia, publishes on its website an electronic link to the Online Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform (ODRP). The platform is available to consumers via the link HERE.
The above-mentioned regulation is based on the Act on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes, Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Before ordering the service, the User confirms that he/she is fully aware of the General Terms and Conditions of the THEFABRICOFHEALING.COM website and that he/she agrees to them.
With regard to any disputes, both parties are committed to the amicable settlement of disputes. Insofar as no mutual agreement can be reached, the relevant court shall have jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
