Welcome!

At The Fabric of Healing, I offer relational guidance and trauma-informed education for those who walk alongside trauma survivors — including family members, partners, caregivers, and communities.

My work primarily supports people who are trying to stay connected to trauma survivors while offering care, making sense of what’s happening, and maintaining their own well-being. I also work directly with individuals who have experienced trauma themselves and are seeking compassionate, non-clinical, and practical support on their healing path.

In addition to working directly with individuals, I also support family members, partners, and caregivers of people on the neurodivergent spectrum (such as autism and ADHD), those navigating high levels of stress, and individuals experiencing burnout. Together, we explore how to offer meaningful support without becoming overwhelmed or losing connection to themselves.
